8 cups tender tatsoi leaves or salad greens
2 scallions, including some of the greens, thinly sliced
1 Tb thinly sliced garlic chives
2 Tb rice vinegar
2 Tb sesame oil
1 Tb dark sesame oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 Tb toasted sesame seeds

Wash, sort, dry greens. Toss with scallions and chives. Whisk vinegar, oils, salt. Taste and adjust oil and vinegar. Pour over salad, toss, add sesame seeds, toss, eat.
