2 cups chopped celery

10 sprigs fresh thyme
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 stick butter, sliced or 1/2 cup olive oil
2 cups walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 cup dried cranberries
2 eggs
1 cups water or vegetable or turkey stock
