2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4-1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
1/2 cup thin strips of ham
1 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock or water
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon juice
Toasted sesame seeds
Heat oil, garlic, and pepper flakes in large skillet.  Add ham; sauté 1  minute.  Add cabbage.  Stir in stock, cover, and simmer hard until most of the stock is absorbed and cabbage is wilted and tender, 5-10 minutes.  Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice.  Garnish with sesame seeds.
