1/2 lb pumpkin
1/2 lb sweet potato
1/2 lb butternut squash
4 oz (1/2 stick) butter
2 eggs
1 cup light cream
4 oz Asiago cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 Tb light brown sugar

Slice thinly and blanch pumpkin, squash, and potato; cool. Layer in a baking dish with cheese. Add cream, eggs, butter, and spices. Pour into a pan and bake in water bath for 30 minutes. Cook and sprinkle with sugar. Broil until sugar melts. Serve with chutney.
