Farmhouse Cooking Class, June 19th, 12-2pm

Join us for a live cooking class and farm tour with our summer intern Reese Bergschneider on June 19th! Reese will be teaching basic knife skills, how to harvest crops at peak flavor, and how to make the most of your favorite summer produce. Participants will receive an authentic farm to table experience, learn how to make dishes from in-season produce, eat all of the prepared dishes, and be sent home with detailed recipe packets. Participants will also have the option to buy a recipe bag full of the produce used to prepare the dishes taught during the class at their own homes. Learn to make: Cucumber salad Bruschetta Summer Squash and Basil Pasta Okra curry – all with veggies right on the farm!
