3 Tb grapeseed oil
1 bunch kale, chopped
1 bunch chard, chopped
2 Tb minced garlic
1 Tb red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
Salt to taste

In a high heat skillet, quickly saute garlic in oil for 30 seconds. Toss in greens with vinegar, salt and chipotle powder. Stir for 1-2 mins or until greens are wilted. Enjoy!
