2 lbs vine-ripened tomatoes
2 fresh Serrano or jalepeno chile
1/4 medium onion
1/2 cup fresh cilantro sprigs
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 Tb fresh lime juices

Dice vegetables and remove seeds from chiles. Mix ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
