1 large tomatoes
1 large sweet onion, white or red
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 tsp thyme
Pepper and sugar to taste
Peel and cut cucumbers into 1/4 inch slices. Slice onions and separate into rings. Cut tomatoes into bit size pieces.
In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Coat vegetables, cover and refrigerate over night. Mix again, and serve.
