1 cup lite mayo
1/4 cup sugar
2 TBL white vinegar
3 cups chipped cauliflower
3 cups chopped broccoli
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 apple (unpeeled), diced
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix first 3 ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve chilled.
