1/2 of small white cabbage
2 eggs
1/2 of english cucumber or 2 baby cucumbers
Fresh dill
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Boil eggs in advance and let the cool down. Finely shred cabbage and put it to the salad bowl. Season with salt, then squeeze cabbage with hands to soften it a bit. Peel hard boiled eggs. Chop the eggs and cucumber into preferred size pieces. Chop the fresh dill finely and add all ingredients into the bowl. Mix well and serve. Makes a great side dish.
