1-2 Tb peanut oil
Chopped green garlic
1 lb boy choy and swiss chard, chopped into 1-inch pieces
Salt to taste
1/2 cup orange juice

Stir fry the garlic greens in oil for about 1 minutes. Add salt, bok choy, and swiss chard. Stir fry one minute over high heat. Add orange juice and fry for about 4 more minutes. Can be served with rice or hot pasta, or put in a sandwich with mustard or goat cheese.
