- Individual cuts
- $100 and $50 bags of mixed pork cut yummies, including: bacon, chops, ground, sausage and roast.
- Half a hog: $550 for about 100 lbs of delicious meat, fat and bones. This is a great option if you have a freezer or friends you’d like to share with. After purchasing the hog from us, you and the butcher tailor cuts to your palate. Make your chops thick or thin, choose ground or sausage, roasts or ham slices. It’s up to you! Get cuts just the way you like them.
- You also get to work with one of the best butchers around — he recently won recognition for his humane methods. This is easily one of the most humane, tasty and healthy meat options in Austin.
