Here, you’ll see that sustainability is at the heart of our farm. In addition to the historic barn built in 1902, our new farm stand was cobbled together using found materials around an old shed. Being in a “food desert,” our Farm Stand is one of the few providers of organic food for our neighborhood.
Our Farm Stand is full of certified organic vegetables and eggs. Occasionally we offer plant starts, honey, value-added products, meat, herbs, etc.
We encourage you to direct your grocery dollars to farmers. You can now join our CSA using SNAP! Vote with your fork to keep local farms in business. Shop where your food is grown!
HOURS: Tuesday 3pm-6pm, Friday 10am-2pm, Saturday 10am-2pm
During the winter season our fields are less productive, so we do not have full Farm Stands. If you visit the Farm Stand and do not see anyone, make sure to call our office number (512.484.2746) and someone will come out and help you! We will always find food for our Lone Star Card customers and for special orders placed ahead of time. Our Farm Stand will be fully staffed and stocked starting Saturday March 25th!
LOCATION: We recently switched from our old farm stand set up in the Farm Rover to our new one built from recycled materials by The ReUse People of America. Come check it out! Located at 8310 Canoga Avenue, Austin, 78724 (8 miles east of downtown Austin, near Decker Lane and E. MLK/183)
Thanks for buying local, certified organic food from your neighborhood farm!
